Nestlé Vietnam has, for the fifth time, been honoured as a top enterprise for labour thanks to its efforts in building and maintaining fair and attractive human resources policies, as well as fostering a modern working environment centred around people.
Nestlé Vietnam was named in the “Typical Enterprise for Labour” ranking of 2024, a programme organised by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry on June 26.
Over 60 businesses were honoured this year for their continuous efforts in improving the working environment, caring for the wellbeing and the material and spiritual lives of workers. These businesses have welfare policies that exceed state regulations, ensuring tax and social insurance obligations are met, and fostering harmonious and progressive labour relations, all aimed at sustainable development during the integration and growth process.
“The award is a recognition of our continuous efforts over nearly 30 years in Vietnam to create a healthy, safe, and productive working environment that empowers our workforce to unleash their full potential,” said Le Thanh Khang, head of human resources of Nestlé Vietnam. “It demonstrates Nestlé’s leadership in attracting, developing, and nurturing talent, while also serving as a motivation for the company to continue building a more professional and sustainable working environment.”
In 2023, Nestlé Group introduced the concept of equity in its approach to diversity and inclusion

In Vietnam, Nestlé is committed to providing comprehensive physical and mental healthcare for its employees through a variety of programmes.
One of the distinctive aspects of Nestlé Vietnam’s human resources policies and development strategies is the commitment to train and develop a Vietnamese leadership team. Currently, Vietnamese individuals make up 40 per cent of the company’s leadership board, 79 per cent in senior management positions, and 99 per cent in middle management positions.
In addition, through the “Nestlé Needs YOUth” initiative, the company organises recruitment programmes such as #SparkTheNext Leaders, Nesternship, and Nestlé Summer School to provide opportunities for young people to access employment prospects and enhance their knowledge.
In 2023, Nestlé Vietnam was voted as the best workplace in Vietnam, according to a survey conducted by Anphabe, based on the opinions of over 64,000 working professionals nationwide.
